Do you get the feeling when reading that most of these people have a slight agenda? I struggle with the responses of 4 out of 5 (Webber's was good, however, speaking from the flesh, I get annoyed when all he does is just agree with everything everyone else writes). And although we could go into the issues of each of the responses, the general feel is the same. My model is the best, and I’ll be nice to you if you’re model doesn’t get in the way of mine. That’s probably a little harsh but I really got that sense while reading. Now, I did say 4 out of 5. As I’ve written before I find Best’s example to be refreshing. Best brings up valid points while sill being gracious to the author who, let’s face it, wasn’t the most encouraging when writing about the traditional model. What really separated Best from his companions is the fact that he focused his pages on exactly what the goal at hand was, a response. The goal wasn’t, “oooh, look, 4 pages to write more about my model of worship.” Thank you Mr. Best for focusing on Worship.
